Do you have Elsa?

As you know, she has many important duties and can rarely take a day off. However, her long-lost twin the Ice Queen LOVES a good party, and would be honored to be invited to yours. (See disclaimer below.)

Can i book more than one character?

Yes! Can’t pick your favorite? Any party can be made more magical with the option to book additional characters for any package. We are able to accommodate larger crowds when we work together! Select your primary character package and then select the add-on option for 1 or 2 additional characters to accompany your primary character selection. If you would like to invite more than 3 characters, please call or text us for accurate scheduling.

HOW SHOULD WE PREPARE FOR your visit?

It is ideal to schedule our appearances 15-30 minutes after your party starts so that all guests are comfortable upon our arrival. We love a good surprise (and you know your child better than we ever could) but we highly recommend telling your little one that we are coming ahead of time. This helps to avoid overwhelming them on their big day (with younger children especially).

How soon in advance do I need to book for my event?

Typically we book 2 months in advance and ask for a minimum of 3-5 week notice. We try our best to accommodate all requests and are happy to be secured up to a year in advance. If your event is less than 2 weeks away, please call us for accurate availability.

My party has more than 12 princesses and princes in attendance. Can I extend the length and/or add activities?

The more the merrier! If your party has more than 15 children, we request you book the 90 minute visit and/or multiple characters so every child can feel seen and loved. We will always try our best to accommodate more, but 15 is the recommended limit for solo characters. Please select the “My Pleasure, Your Majesty” package to book our owner directly if your party has more than 20 participants.

How far do you travel?

We are based in Marietta, GA but service the entire Metro-Atlanta area and beyond! A travel fee of $1/mile is required if the party or event location is outside a 25 mile radius of our base in zip code 30068.

Can I choose which performer comes to my event?

The only package that offers a specific performer is the My Pleasure, Your Majesty! - LUXE option for direct booking with Helen. Otherwise, your selected character(s) will always be guaranteed, but specific HMPP cast members are not individually listed. Rest assured - your character/costume/time is always reserved upon receipt of payment and every member of our cast is a background-checked, highly trained professional.

What other events are you available for?

Our characters are available for LIVE musical performances, birthday parties, corporate & business events, holiday celebrations, 1-on-1 playdates, festivals, parades, meet & greets, photo op. appearances and more! Please EMAIL to discuss large-scale, recurring, and/or professional partnerships.

Can I request a custom character?

Yes! Just send us an EMAIL to make a request. Please note that we need at least 3 weeks notice and an additional charge to cover character costumes, supplies, and accessories will apply to most requests. Please inquire with your date & details ASAP so we can be sure we can procure all necessary costumes, accessories, and secure the performer(s) for your chosen date.

What do you use for face painting and tattoos?

Only the best for little faces! We use high quality products, manufactured using cosmetic grade ingredients that are skin safe & specially formulated to be friendly to the most delicate skin. Simply remove face paint/tattoos with soap and warm water. Please be advised, we are unable to fully sanitize supplies between parties/children. All shared items are thoroughly disinfected at the conclusion of each business day.

How should I prepare the event space for your visit?

All activities require an open area (indoor or shaded) with enough space for the participants and characters to move and sit comfortably. Keep in mind, our performers are often in huge dresses and heavy wigs. Please make a note on your form if the party is held in a large or loud event space so that we can supply the appropriate sound equipment. We will not scream over DJs, music, or guests to be heard. If your visit includes face painting or temporary tattoos, please set up a designated station with a table, 2 water bowls, paper towels, and at least 2 chairs. If your event includes balloon twisting, we will require a designated space with at least 1 chair, and a surface for supplies.

That’s it! Oh, and you’ll want your camera ready… and probably a vacuum… we tend to leave a little sparkle everywhere we go :)

does anyone else come to the event with the character?

Yes! Not all the time - but we often bring an “event assistant” to shadow the princess and assist with transportation as well as to ensure our safety as we keep the magic alive & event running smoothly. Additional attendees will always be clearly identifiable in HMPP gear and happy to help!

Does your swimming princess actually swim?

Does a dinglehopper brush hair? Yes!

Our Swimming Generic Mermaid is able to fully submerge and swim/splash through the party. Time at the start and conclusion of her visit is required to get in & out of the water and swimming tail (without children peaking) as this option does not include a handler.

Our Swimming Mermaid Princess does not fully submerge (special thanks to the iconic red hair) so the performer is required to remain in a shallow area or perched on the edge of the pool. This option is priced to include the attendance of a handler that will carry her in & out and assist with mobility/positioning for the duration of your event.
